BullsEye Spirits | Vildmarks Akvavit

Bullseye Vildmarks Akvavit is our version of the classic Danish akvavit, with a twist of New Nordic Cuisine. With inspiration from the wilderness in Thy National Park, we have developed an aquavit on porce, heather flowers and fir shoots. You can taste the sand dunes and meet the roaring West Sea in the middle of your lunch table.

Our akvavit is created in collaboration with Naturkraft Thy, which is a social economic enterprise where local ingredients are harvested.

Our Bullseye Vildmarks Akvavit gives a soft and round mouthfeel. You should try it with herring or shellfish.
