BullsEye Spirits | Oyster Akvavit

Bullseye Oyster Akvavit (or "aquavit") is innovation and New Nordic Cuisine. Our akvavit is based on an idea of utilizing surplus products and invasive species in Denmark to create new taste experiences.

The aquavit is distilled from shells from fresh Pacific oysters, buds from rosehips and extract from surplus cane. The result is an experience out of the ordinary, but with a taste where everyone can join in.
